A beautiful Regency sofa table constructed from the finest Cuban mahogany with an overall attractive patina.
 
One broad cock-beaded drawer is present which is oak lined and retains its original pressed brass pulls with a dummy drawer present to the opposing side. Each are flanked by blind cock-beaded panels.
 
Beneath this, the substantial turned stem is tenoned into the frame and is supported by four reeded sabre legs terminating in their original bevelled edge square box castors.
 
The ‘flys’ supporting the flaps function as intended, whilst the accompanying iron hinges have had their screws historically replaced at various intervals.
 
Solid and usable.
