A carved table retailed by Liberty & Co. adorned with sunflowers to the top and lower tier. Supported by four similarly carved legs tenoned into the top.
 
Such tables were imported from Japan for sale in their London store or by mail order. They could be shipped flat-packed and assembled upon arrival (hence the corresponding numbers to the underside of this piece).
 
The surface is warm and has achieved a delightful nutty colour. Sound and usable.
