Abounding with subtle but eye-catching embellishments, such as the applied roundels and turned tapering spindles, all cloaked in the most wonderful lustrous, grubby and crackled surface.
 
Of a quality akin to chairs produced by Gillows (especially where the rear legs meet the seat rail).
 
Solid and usable. One chair has a competent historic repair to the top of one rear leg.
